This painting represents the dynamic in the personality of my sisters.
There's a storm brewing, but it doesn't seem to bother these two sisters-they're both caught up in the moment. The horses in the background mirror them. Although they are from the same family and are similar in many ways, they have completely different personalities. One is inquisitive and curious. She's deeply concentrated, examining every part of her flower and how it works. The other is a dreamer lost in her thoughts. The overall beauty of the flower is inspiring her to explore her inner world. I love them both and enjoy their diversity and strength.
