Peek a Boo

This image was inspired by Boo, our resident grizzly bear that lives up at Kicking Horse Mountain. The first time that my husband and I took the gondola up the mountain, we were hanging right above where Boo lives and there he was in his pond cooling down from the summer heat. Both Paul and I stood up in the Gondola and waved, much to our surprise, Boo looked up at us and waved back. We could not believe our good fortune that he saw us and acknowledged our presence!! At least we thought he was but perhaps he was just swatting at a bug :)
