Metamorphose II

Butterflies symbolize change and transformation. I believe our thoughts create our reality.
If we learn to master our thoughts and not let them be the master, we can create and re-create ourselves in so many ways. Inspired by the forests and mountains around Wells, I deliberately made the background dark to highlight the lightness of her new thoughts. Spiritual growth happens when we choose to leave the shadows of our fear, anxiety and stress in the background and focus on the joy, beauty and hope in our lives.
